Summary

Georgian Pines is a drive-to, waterfront property on Georgian Bay. With 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms over 3 floors, our cottage sleeps 16 comfortably and is ideal for multifamily vacations. Included in the cottage rental package is a fishing boat powered by a 40hp motor, as well as many non-motorized boats.

Layout

The loft has a master suite and balcony that looks out onto the bay. The main level has a great room, modern kitchen & dining room, 3 bedrooms, and a laundry room. Finally, the basement has 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a 3 season sun porch, which provides easy access to the hot tub.

Georgian Pines is located on an acre of wooded property, with access to great fishing, and unlimited islands and coves for you to explore. The rocky shores provide deep water swimming, while the small sandy beach allows for shallow entry.
